The Kenya Tree coral has a thick trunk like a tree, with branches flowing off the trunk and polyps giving a leafy appearance to the ‘tree’. They will not harm hard corals placed near them but will require space around for growth, they are fast growing corals. Tree corals are an easy to keep soft coral and are suitable for beginners and experienced aquarists alike, the Kenya tree coral requires medium to strong light and a medium to strong water flow.
The Kenya tree coral obtains most of its energy outside sources micro plankton, and other dissolved materials are absorbed into its system it will benefit from the addition of phytoplankton and micro plankton, and even brine shrimp for larger specimens.
