The Pulsing Xenia is a hardy mesmerizing coral whose polyp’s eight tentacles open and closes in a pulsing motion. They will not harm corals placed near them but will require space around for growth. Xenia is an easy to keep soft coral and is suitable for beginners and experienced aquarists alike. The Pulsing Xenia requires medium to strong light and a medium to strong water flow.
The Xenia obtains most of its energy from photosynthesis, it will also benefit from the addition of phytoplankton and micro plankton.
