Majestic Angelfish

Euxiphipops navarchus

The Majestic Angelfish is a stunning and very attractive angel fish. Best kept individually as they may be aggressive when older, should be introduced last into the aquarium as it can bully similar fish or new additions.

It requires a tank of 400 litres or large with plenty of rock work and hiding places as it is easily startled. The Majestic angel is not entirely reef compatible as it will eat sponges, lps and clams, but can be kept with sps. The Majestic angel is not a fussy eater and can be fed an assortment of foods including, flake, live and frozen foods.

Approximate Purchase Size: Sub adult Small 6cm - 8cm

The diet of the Blue Girdled Angelfish should include vegetable matter such as Spirulina and marine algae, meaty items such as mysid shrimp, and high-quality angelfish preparations containing sponges.

Due to variations within each species, your aquatic life may not look identical to the image provided.
