The Filamented Flasher Wrasse has a very colourful body which it shows off in courtship dances. The Filamented Flasher wrasse can be housed in groups they are best introduced together to avoid territorial behavior. They are good dither fish, enticing more shy retiring fish out into the open
It requires a tank of 90 litres or larger with plenty of rockwork to hide in. The Filamented Flasher wrasse is a good reef fish and wont bother corals ore invertibrates. Wrasses will eat meaty foods like finely chopped sea foods and brine. They usually adapt well to frozen and even dried foods. These wrasse are known for its jumping so a tight fitting lid is a must
